Making Our Low Carb Beef Stew Recipe
- Gently fry the onions and garlic.
- Add the peppers, carrots, tomato purée, stock, seasoning and beef to the pan.
- Cover and simmer for 40mins.
- After 40 mins remove the lid and simmer for a further 20 mins.
- 500g Stewing Beef
- 350ml Vegetable Stock
- 2 Red Onions Quartered
- 1 Red Pepper Chopped
- 1 Green Pepper Chopped
- 2 Carrots Chopped
- 2 Garlic Cloves Finely Chopped
- 1 tbsp Tomato Purée
- 2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Rosemary
- Salt and Pepper
