Mix all of the ingredients for the meatloaf (except the tomato ketchup and BBQ sauce) in a bowl and use your hands to get it all thoroughly combined.
Grease a bread pan with some butter and empty the mixture into it.
Top the meat loaf with the bbq sauce and ketchup then place into the oven for around 45 minutes.
