Hi. My name is Graeme, aka The Fitness Chef. I’m an online personal trainer and nutrition advisor. I also like to cook fast, balanced recipes and post them on social media! I love the work Scott is doing and he asked me if I’d like to share one of my favourite recipes with you - so I chose my Chicken, Prawn & Chorizo Paella! If you’re looking for a quick, easy, high protein meal for family, friends or a social occasion, then this one is an absolute winner. Paella is a really versatile dish, so if you don’t like chicken or prawns, simply swap that one out with more of the one you prefer. *Tip - as long as it has smoked paprika and a hint of lemon/lime it’s always going to taste UNREAL, regardless of what you choose to include.
