For the crispy coating you can either use breadcrumbs or you can smash up some cornflakes if you like a thicker, more rugged crispy coating, the choice is yours. The glaze is delicious too. It's not a sauce, so don't expect your chicken to be swimming in liquid, it's a thick, super-tasty glaze to give the chicken a delicious taste and it adds moisture to it too.
This recipe is very easy and once you've made it, you'll want to come back to it and make it again.

Pre-heat an oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Slice the chicken breasts half so they are thin chicken steaks (this makes them much easier to cook).
Dip the chicken into the beaten egg then cover in breadcrumbs or crushed corn flakes then place onto a lightly greased baking tray then place into the oven for 25 minutes
To make the glaze, grab a bowl and then add the lemon juice, water, Worcester sauce, olive oil, honey, chilli, mixed herbs, salt and black pepper and mix through.
Once the chicken is ready, remove from the oven and set aside.
Heat a large frying pan on a medium heat and add the glaze mixture from the bowl. Simmer for a few minutes, stirring constantly until the glaze thickens. Add the cooked chicken breasts to the frying pan, cover with the glaze and then serve.
