Everyone loves a good plate of chilli and this super-lean, healthy bacon and turkey chilli recipe is a total winner that the whole family will love! Time to get on it like a car bonnet (which won't make any sense to our American readers).
Heat a large pan on a medium heat and add the coconut oil, bacon, peppers, garlic and onion and fry for a few minutes until the onion turns translucent.
Add the chilli paste and mix through and cook for 30 seconds.
Add the turkey mince to the pan and brown.
Add the chopped tomatoes, beer, Mexican seasoning, tomato puree and black pepper. Mix through, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes or until the sauce has reduced and thickened.
