Spaghetti Bolognese is one of the world's most loved Italian dishes.
Heat a large saucepan over a low to medium heat and add the chopped bacon medallions and cook for a few minutes.
Add the garlic, celery and onions and cook for a few more minutes until they have softened.
Add the turkey mince and cook it until it is no longer pink.
Add the wine and simmer until it has reduced by a third.
Add the passata, mixed herbs and salt and mix through. Cover with a lid and simmer for around 60 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
Once it's cooked, serve with pasta, vegetables and sprinkle with some parmesan.
