This is a tasty, easy, traditional Hungarian recipe for pork goulash which the whole family will love and it's only 292 calories per portion!
Heat the olive oil in a large pan over a medium heat and add the onion and garlic and gently fry for 3 minutes.
Add the pork, smoked paprika and chilli powder to the pan and cook for 5 minutes until the pork is browned.
Add the peppers, red wine vinegar, water, tomato puree, oregano, chopped tomatoes and salt and pepper to the pan and give everything a good mix through.
Reduce the heat to a low temperature, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Remove the lid from the pan and simmer for a final 30 minutes.
