A simple, yet very tasty 100% paleo meat loaf recipe
Time: 1 hour
Yield: 5 portions
1. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl and pre-heat oven to 180oc.
2. Grease up a bread pan with coconut oil.
3. Empty contents of bowl into bread pan.
4. Cook in oven for 45-55mins or until thoroughly cooked through.
500g pork mince
1 egg
1 chopped red onion
1 chopped red pepper
1 chopped garlic clove
40g crushed almonds or almond flour
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp basil
1 tbsp thyme
salt and pepper

fat: 10g
