To date I`ve lost 40% of my body weight (45Kg / 7 stones). I`ve been following your plan to help me lose body fat and recover quickly for training. I’ve had an awesome year setting a PB for 5K, a PB for 10K, completing my first ½ Marathon and then setting a 15 minute PB for the same distance later in the year, I swam open water, completed my first century cycle, went indoor climbing, completed a half ironman triathlon and attempted my first adventure race. I completed 250+ hrs of training and covered 5200 miles. As a result I’m healthier, fitter and happier than I’ve been in a very long time and I can’t wait for 2013. It’s shaping up to be just as exciting with IMUK in Aug. I first went to Food For Fitness because I needed help with my nutrition. They devised a nutritional plan specifically tailored for me matched against my training needs. I found that my fitness levels and recovery both improved immensely enabling me to increase my training regime. Just finished the strength training plan and also finished 15 weeks of bulking. Absolutely loved the plan and my strength now, well I`ve never been stronger and have beaten all my previous personal bests on bench, deads and squats. Sports performance wise it`s helped heaps, I feel stronger and fitter while playing my sport. Just wanted to thank you for all your help and support.
