  • Peel and chop the sweet potato. Add to a pan and simmer for 20mins.
  • Drain the sweet potato and mash..
  • Add the chopped spring onion, tuna, lime juice soy sauce, 50g dry oat cereal, garlic and salt and pepper to the pan with the mashed sweet potato. Mix through.
  • Divide the mixture into 6 equal measures and shape into patties/fishcakes.

  • 2 tbsp. Lime Juice
  • 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Ground Garlic
  • 50g Oat Flour/hot Oat Instant Cereal
  • Coconut or Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper
