A tangy marinade for pork served with gorgeous balsamic onion rings
Time: 20 mins
Yield: 4 portions
1. Mix up the marinade ingredients and add the pork and leave for at least one hour.
2. Grill the pork evenly until cooked through. Discard any remaining marinade.
3. While the pork is cooking gently fry the onions. Once they are lightly browned add all of the balsamic vinegar and cook until it has evaporated and the onions are a rich, dark red.
4. Serve with a green salad.
4 pork loin steaks
For marinade:
1/2 tsp garlic puree or 1 garlic clove
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tbs olive oil
2 tbs Worchester sauce
100ml cider vinegar
salt and pepper
Onions:
2 large red onions chopped into rings
4 tbs balsamic vineger
