Basil & Sundried Tomato Turkey Burgers
You can't beat a juicy turkey burger if you're looking for a quick and easy healthy recipe. Rather than plain old turkey burgers, we've invented a
recipe using basil and sundried tomato pesto which gives this dish a delightful, rich flavour.
As it's a turkey burgers recipe, we've obviously used turkey mince, but you could easily use beef, pork or ground chicken instead. That's the beauty of a burgers recipe,
they're really versatile. All you need is some mince, some spices and herbs, some onion an egg and something like oats to bind it so it doesn't go all mushy and fall apart.
Turkey mince is super lean and low in fat which means that it doesn't have very many calories so it's an excellent lean meat to include as part of a healthy meal plan.
