Jono Smith is a qualified personal trainer and nutrition coach. He is currently studying a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science allowing for application of the latest scientific research to both his own goals and those of his clients. Although interested in all aspects of sports science Jono's main areas of focus are biochemistry of nutrition and exercise giving him a great insight into macronutrient metabolism and energy substrate utilization.
Formerly a professional footballer with SPL side Inverness Caledonian Thistle FC, Jono is now a competitive natural bodybuilder and aspiring powerlifter. He enjoys working with all manner of clientel and having a varied sporting backround, is well equipped to help even the highest level athletes achieve their goals.
Harry Ranson is a qualified personal trainer, nutrition consultant and published fitness model. Harry has worked alongside some of the leading industry experts which has allowed him to apply practical and research-based knowledge for himself and his clients, including high profile Bollywood stars in Mumbai, India. He has also featured on UK television.
Having placed in a national fitness model competition, despite being one of the youngest competitors allows for Harry to use his unique skill-set when working with clients to ensure they walk onto stage or in front of the camera in unbelievable condition. He enjoys working with all individuals but especially those who want to compete in fitness or natural bodybuilding competitions.
Gordon is a qualified strength and conditioning specialist, nutrition coach and 2 x Natural Bodybuilding Champion. With over 5 years’ experience in coaching and mentoring individuals ranging from the average gym goer, to physique competitors and world class athletes, Gordon has experienced extensive successes, tailoring his approach to assist his clients to achieve their personal goals. He has amassed a plethora of skill sets to meet many different challenges and specialises in effective programme design and nutritional coaching.
In addition to success with his own clients he is also a seasoned natural bodybuilding competitor having won two Scottish Natural Bodybuilding titles in the Junior category and middleweight men’s divisions. He has also competed in two major British finals. He takes a very keen interest in each and every one of his clients, and is dedicated to helping them succeed in their goals.
